“The physical, emotional and psychological healing aspect of INsight~Nidra can be life altering”

67 min ~ INSight~Nidra: Sacral Chakra for Abundance
Beginning with the Sacral Chakra, this restorative yoga Nidra brings awareness to the abdomen and lower back. As we gently rotate attention through different areas of the body, the connection between body and brain is restored.
Through this practice, the stillness or subtle movement of energy, thought, and emotion is sensed within the body. We will meditate with our energetic blueprint, exploring how life force moves within, and revealing more of who we truly are, promoting a sense of abundance in both body and spirit.
60 min ~ INSight~Nidra: Connecting With Your Centre and Increasing Gratitude
This yoga Nidra practice supports a deep connection to the Earth through the Base Chakra, cultivating a state of stability and grounding while exploring the location of your sense of self within the body. Through this process, awareness of inner strength, connection and determination is cultivated, concluding with an Archetype visualisation and a Metta practice for gratitude, a form of meditation that nurtures love and compassion towards oneself and others.
78 min ~ INSight~Nidra Elements and The Sacral Chakra
Connect with your body through the elements in this restorative yoga Nidra. Centred on the Sacral Chakra, this practice nurtures healing within your physical body and helps strengthen inner determination. As your awareness rotates through different areas of the body, the basic elements, particularly water, are used to deepen the connection between body and brain. You’ll be guided to rest within the space of consciousness, sensing your body as a field of gentle vibration and flow, beyond the thinking mind.
40 min ~ INSight~Nidra Physical Healing & Heart Chakra
This yoga Nidra practice supports connection with the heart space and promotes physical and emotional healing. The Sanskrit term Nyasa means “to place” or “to take the mind to a point in the body.” During this meditation, you’ll be guided to gently place your hand on an area of the body that calls for attention and chant YAM, the sound vibration of the Heart Chakra, into that space.
As awareness deepens, Prana, the life force energy that naturally flows through the body, can be felt enlivening and harmonising the subtle energy field. Flowing through channels known as Nadis, this current of vitality awakens the body’s innate wisdom, and supports an open heart.
60 min ~ INSight~Nidra Healing Light, Full Body Guided Meditation
This meditative practice supports healing by harnessing the power of the Crown Chakra. Using gentle body scanning alongside the visualisation of light, this yoga Nidra practice guides energy through the physical body, supporting restoration and balance. The Crown Chakra connects us to a sense of higher awareness, enhancing the flow of physical healing, which in turn supports emotional well-being. During this practice, the body can be sensed as a network of interconnected lights, inviting the release of blockages and fostering a profound sense of renewal and wholeness.
50 min ~ INSight~Nidra Breath and Crown Chakra Guided Meditation
This yoga Nidra practice explores the Prana, or Breath Layer (Pranamaya kosha), by following the natural movement of the breath. Through gentle observation we notice this automatic process of breathing, without trying to change it. By becoming aware of the subtle energies that animate the breath and physical body, we open pathways for energy to rise. Activation of the Crown Chakra can produce states of samadhi, or cosmic consciousness, offering a gateway to deeper insight, transcending the ordinary sense of self and mind, bringing us closer to experiencing the true nature of reality.
